Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks a compliance expert to guide internal and external customers by researching complex regulatory issues and drafting concise responses for regulatory matters affecting the business.

The role conducts annual risk assessments of downline call centers, acquired partners, and internal departments, supports carrier audits, and helps to implement compliant processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Compliance within the industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in Federally mandated programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to internal and external customers on regulatory issues.
• Research complex compliance topics using approved sources and cite materials.
• Draft concise, timely responses to regulatory questions.
• Conduct annual risk assessments of downline call centers, partners and internal SMS departments.
• Correspond with carriers for audits and oversight as assigned.
• Monitor regulatory changes and recommend process updates under guidance of legal counsel.
• Ensure data integrity in agency management systems and maintain records.
• Communicate with clients to support day-to-day service needs and inquiries.
• Assist in carrier audits and risk assessments and implement necessary actions.
• Support new initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, productivity and compliance.
• Perform duties in line with company policies and applicable laws.
