Job summary

Intuitive Machines is seeking a senior Paralegal in Houston, TX to provide high-level legal and operational support across governance, corporate, commercial, litigation and compliance matters.

You will work with attorneys and cross-functional teams to manage processes, maintain records, coordinate filings, conduct research, and ensure accuracy and discretion in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 8+ years of paralegal experience.
• Experience managing corporate records and regulatory matters.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance activities and maintain records.
• Manage corporate filings, resolutions, minutes, and consents.
• Assist with formation, qualifications, maintenance, and dissolution of entities.
• Coordinate corporate filings and annual reports.
• Support transactions, due diligence, and contract workflows.
• Assist with investigations, subpoenas, and document responses.
• Track contract dates, renewals, and obligations.
• Work with CEO Office for Board materials and records.
• Improve legal processes and automate recurring workflows.
