Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel with drafting legal documents and templates, managing corporate records, and performing legal research under limited supervision.

Qualifications

Must have completed a law degree from an accredited program.
Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
5 years of legal experience required.

Responsibilities

Draft legal documents and templates, and manage document templates and corporate legal records.
Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on policy implications of business objectives and ensure awareness of applicable policies.
File legal documents in digital and physical filing systems and develop processes for indexing and filing.
