Draft pleadings and briefs for regulatory matters.
Participate in work groups on issues like EV infrastructure, offshore wind, and cybersecurity.
Draft and present proposed regulations.
Review legislation and develop staff recommendations on bills affecting utilities.
Assist in monitoring compliance with commission rules and orders.
Provide legal advice to technical staff on proceedings and activities.
