Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a highly technical Senior Analyst to develop, maintain, and execute CMS regulatory reporting for pharmacy benefit management. You will translate CMS guidance into scalable, automated solutions and work with Government Programs to clarify requirements.

You will own end-to-end reporting, manage timelines, dependencies, and documentation, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate data sources and governance across complex datasets.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in data analytics or healthcare analytics, including 2–3 years analyzing medical claims data.
• Four or more years of healthcare data or analytics experience.
• Four or more years of proven experience supporting government programs.
• Experience with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Marketplace, or state regulatory reporting.
• Experience working with pharmacy claims data and PBM-related processes.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or executing recurring analytical or regulatory reports.
• Experience with Snowflake, Python, Jupyter notebooks, or GitHub.
• Ability to translate documented requirements into accurate and maintainable technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, update, and execute CMS-required regulatory reporting related to pharmacy benefit management.
• Translate CMS requirements into reliable technical solutions and ensure consistent methodology across clients.
• Maintain reporting code, docs, dependencies, and change history using established standards.
• Standardize and automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
• Partner with Government Programs to clarify requirements and translate CMS guidance into deliverables.
• Communicate progress, risks, and impact of changes to stakeholders.
• Independently manage reporting deliverables from requirements through testing and execution.
• Maintain documentation and reusable templates to support continuity and knowledge transfer.
