• 4–6 years of data analytics and healthcare analytics experience.
• 2–3 years of direct medical claims data analysis.
• 4+ years supporting government programs.
• Experience with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Marketplace, or state regulatory reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills with large datasets.
• Snowflake, Python, Jupyter notebooks, or GitHub experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
