Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Government Programs Operations - Analysis & Efficiencies to support Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial plans. You will develop data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reduce manual work, partnering with Compliance, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to align analytics with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare data experience supporting Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange, or health plan operations.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL, R, or Python.
• 4+ years of experience performing analyses on large datasets and validating data before/after system changes.
• Experience supporting reversal and reprocessing activities, claims adjustments, remediation efforts.
• Knowledge of data management, statistics, and modeling concepts.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement across Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial plans.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Create and maintain a repository of standardized code templates to automate reporting tasks.
• Ensure outputs meet regulatory requirements by collaborating with internal SMEs.
• Support scalable processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across operations.
• Design automated solutions to reduce manual effort and improve workflows.
• Use analytical software to help achieve department goals as defined by leadership.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions to translate business needs into deliverables.
• Analyze workflows for system conversions and migrations to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Support R&R activities with impact analyses and data preparation.
• Perform post-fix validation by comparing original and reprocessed outcomes.
