Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare analytics, or related field, incl. 2–3 years analyzing medical claims data.
• Four or more years of healthcare data or analytics experience.
• Four or more years of proven experience supporting government programs.
• Experience with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Marketplace, or state regulatory reporting and related pharmacy data or processes.
• Advanced SQL skills and large, complex datasets experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
• Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• CMS Regulatory Reporting: develop, maintain, and execute CMS-required reporting for PBM.
• Translate CMS requirements into reliable technical solutions and use approved methodologies across clients.
• Standardize and automate recurring reporting to improve scalability and governance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Government Programs to clarify requirements and deliver actionable deliverables.
• Independently manage reporting from requirements through development, testing, validation, and execution.
• Maintain documentation and reusable code templates for continuity and knowledge transfer.
