Woof, an award-winning pet care brand, seeks a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager in the United States to lead regulatory compliance across a growing portfolio of pet products, including consumables and supplements. You will oversee reviews from development through launch and ensure labeling, packaging and claims meet applicable rules.

The role requires building processes, providing actionable guidance, and partnering with Product Development, Quality, Marketing and Legal to align regulatory

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of regulatory affairs experience in the CPG industry, with at least 5 years in pet industry.
• Education as listed in qualifications.
• Experience with FDA requirements, AAFCO guidelines, NASC standards, and environmental/packaging rules.

Responsabilités

• Own regulatory reviews for formulations, labels, packaging and claims across Woof’s portfolio.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance for cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, state feed laws, and AAFCO guidelines.
• Oversee regulatory considerations for toys and hardgoods, including PROP 65 and REACH.
• Review and approve labels, disclosures and marketing claims for compliance.
• Serve as escalation point for regulatory risks and launch readiness.
