Job summary

Woof, the award-winning pet care brand, seeks a driven Product Development Project Manager in Denver, CO. You will oversee innovation and new product launch initiatives, interfacing with suppliers and cross-functional partners to bring concepts to market.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in CPG product development, understands extrusion, molding, packaging, and overseas vendors, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product development experience in CPG with a track record of bringing products to life.
• Product manufacturing: full lifecycle from concept to prototyping to production.
• Familiarity with overseas vendors.
• Familiarity with injection molding, packaging development a plus.
• Performance mindset: strong analytical skills with bias for action.
• Team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clear reports.
• Proficiency in Asana project management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, MS Excel, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable product execution plans with design, testing, sampling, packaging and production timelines.
• Advance PD projects by directing stakeholders for on-track progress.
• Liaise with external suppliers for sampling, testing, and scale-up.
• Bridge design and creative teams for packaging execution.
• Coordinate design revisions to deliver top-quality products.
• Report to leadership on timing, progress, and obstacles with proposed solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, ops, etc.
• Evaluate prototypes, production samples, and finished products for quality.
• Create and maintain project and product documentation.
