You will drive governance across enterprise programs in a global context, interfacing with senior leaders and regulators to shape secure architectures and resilient operations. The role emphasizes deep knowledge of DORA/PSD3/ECB guidance, cross-border program leadership, and leveraging AI to streamline risk reporting and issue management.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of financial regulatory frameworks and operational resilience.
• Proven leadership in regulatory, risk, or technology transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Expertise in resilience engineering, risk management, and secure architecture.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven solutions within risk and compliance functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide resilience, risk, and regulatory compliance initiatives across global institutions.
• Drive design, implementation, and governance of regulatory programs (e.g., DORA, PSD3, ECB guidance).
• Influence senior leaders, regulators, and external partners with clear communication.
• Balance regulatory detail with architectural vision and secure-by-design practices.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence, reporting and issue management.
