Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a CQI Sr Registry Data Analyst to design, develop, and manage databases that improve the quality of care and patient outcomes for a Michigan patient group. You will lead Registry Data Analysts, design workflows, and ensure data is used to drive improvements.

You will partner 1:1 with nurse abstractors and collaborate with a third-party vendor on tickets, data downloads, and UI issues to keep data flowing accurately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with healthcare focus.
• 5 years in data collection design and implementation for QA/REsearch.
• 5 years of SQL experience.
• 5 years of coding websites.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• 5 years of experience with reporting tools.
• 5 years in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Partner 1:1 with nurse abstractors to troubleshoot data flow issues.
• Collaborate with the vendor on tickets and data errors.
• Design, develop, modify, and test databases for QA/improvement.
• Lead Registry Data Analysts and provide training.
• Design workflows and program websites for data collection.
• Create reports and analyze data to improve care outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
