You will lead Registry Data Analysts, design data workflows, and create reports to drive healthcare improvements while coordinating multiple projects across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/health field with relevant experience.
• 5 years of data collection design and implementation for research or quality improvement.
• 5 years of SQL experience.
• 5 years of coding websites or related data reporting tools.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• 5 years of experience with application reporting tools.
• 5 years of healthcare domain experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with nurse abstractors to troubleshoot daily data workflow and quality concerns.
• Collaborate with a third‑party vendor on tickets and data issues.
• Design, develop, and test databases for data collection and analysis.
• Lead Registry Data Analysts and provide training on data management.
• Design workflows and websites to support data collection and reporting.
• Create reports and analyze data to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
