Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Registrar Lead Administrator to support the Global 6500 program by coordinating registrar tasks, scheduling instructors and flights, and ensuring all student records are complete.

You will work with the Program Manager, customers, instructors, and support staff, handling paperwork, FAA forms, and data in Gemini, Stars and Centrik, under DoD clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in registrar or admin roles.
• Understanding of flight simulation program scheduling and registration functions.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day registrar operations for the Global 6500 program.
• Schedule personnel, simulators, and flight instructors; maintain calendars.
• Prepare and file FAA 8710-1 forms and maintain student records.
• Coordinate logistics for training centers and ensure documentation is complete.
• Serve as liaison between Program Manager, customers, instructors, and staff.
