Job summary

Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is seeking a Registrar to provide strategic, operational, and service leadership for all registrar functions.

You will oversee academic records, registration, course scheduling, grading, degree certification, and policy compliance across a decentralized academic environment. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Student Services, the Registrar leads a team, implements robust degree auditing, enhances enrollment analytics, and champions a student-centered

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering accountability and growth.
• Oversee academic records, registration, grading, and policy administration.
• Partner with academic departments and central offices to coordinate processes.
• Develop enrollment dashboards and data analytics for decision making.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and high-quality service to students and staff.
