We are seeking a skilled and motivated *Respiratory Therapist* to join our team in the *Northern Suburbs of Chicago*. This full-time night shift opportunity comes with a *$15,000 sign-on bonus* and the chance to be part of a leading healthcare provider committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care.

*Job Summary:*

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing a wide range of advanced respiratory care services. This includes:
* Administering all offered respiratory therapies
* Ventilator management and airway support
* EKGs, pulse oximetry, Holter monitoring, pulmonary function testing, and procedures directed by pulmonologists
* Managing and operating respiratory equipment and supplies safely and effectively
* Performing clerical duties such as chart data entry, documentation, departmental charges, and filing

*Available Shifts:*
* *6:30 PM – 7:00 AM*, rotating weekends and holidays
* *7:30 PM – 7:00 AM*, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week
* *Weekend Call:* One 12-hour shift per weekend (Saturday or Sunday)

*Minimum Requirements:*
* Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
* Current *Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner License*
* National certification (RRT or CRT) *preferred*
* *BLS certification required*, *ACLS preferred*
* *Minimum 3 years of ICU/critical care experience preferred*
* Strong background in direct bedside patient care
* Self-supervising and self-motivated work ethic
* Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
