Seeking Night Shift Candidate

$15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for FTE

Pay range: $32-$48/hour!
Night Shift Differential: +$2
Weekend Shift Differential: +$3.85

As our most acute level of care, our specialty hospitals offer the same critical care patients receive in a traditional hospital or intensive care unit, but for an extended recovery period. Our clinicians play a vital role in the recovery process for chronic, critically ill, and medically complex patients.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will:
  1. Administer safe and competent respiratory care as ordered by physicians, monitor mechanical ventilation, administer medications, conduct patient assessments, understand the ramifications of hemodynamic monitoring, interpret blood work results, monitor patient progress, and provide teaching and training.
  2. Meet the requirements for Registry by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  3. Hold certification/registration as a Respiratory Therapist by the NBRC and appropriate licensure from the state licensure agency.
  4. Maintain BCLS and ACLS certifications for the duration of employment.
