ActioNet is seeking a Regional Project Manager to lead regional telecommunications projects across Navy installations. You will drive planning, engineering, deployment, and sustainment, coordinating with Navy leadership and industry partners to ensure mission-critical services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading telecommunications utility infrastructure and network engineering initiatives (OSP, premise cabling, optical/IP networking, routing and switching).
• 10+ years of experience managing technical teams supporting complex programs.
• Proven experience leading large-scale multi-site telecom projects through planning, acquisition, implementation, modernization, operations, and sustainment.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, lifecycle management, QA/QC, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and scaling of regional telecommunications projects for Navy installations.
• Oversee planning, engineering, deployment, operations, and lifecycle modernization across multiple sites.
• Engage with Navy leadership, installation organizations, and industry partners to coordinate complex programs.
• Implement governance frameworks, roles, and responsibilities across regional programs.
• Manage Outside Plant, fiber, networking, and power integration to meet security and resiliency requirements.
• Direct sustainment and outage restoration efforts to ensure mission-critical services.
