Qualifications

• Over 15 years leading telecommunications utility infrastructure and network engineering initiatives.
• Over 10 years managing technical teams supporting large-scale programs.
• Experience guiding multi-site telecom projects through all phases from planning to sustainment.
• Strong understanding of telecom engineering principles, lifecycle management, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and scaling of regional telecom projects for U.S. Navy infrastructure.
