Job summary

Tampico Beverages, a growing multi-national company, seeks a Senior Regional Sales Manager for Northern California to expand volume and market share across distributors and retailers. You will craft regional plans, align with national programs, and collaborate with licensee teams to boost distribution and promotional performance.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in CPG sales, a business or marketing degree, and a proven ability to manage retailers and distributors.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in CPG sales; beverage industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field highly required.
• Experience managing regional retailers, distributors, and/or licensee partners.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ideal place of residence: Sacramento, CA, Fresno, CA, Boise, ID.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributor partners.
• Execute national and regional sales programs, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Develop and present retail and wholesale sales programs to drive growth.
• Monitor sales execution and support key account selling activities.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase volume and market share.
• Evaluate distributor and licensee performance and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Develop sales forecasts and maintain market plans and promotional roadmaps.
• Seek and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
