Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and grow share. You will lead sales planning, provide technical solutions, and engage customers through face-to-face, phone, and email.

This regional role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, analytics, and negotiations, with opportunities to influence product development opportunities and build strong relationships across customer levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent) or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and guide decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
