Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 base + uncapped commissions!

About The Role

As a Senior Regional Sales Executive, you’ll represent one of golf’s most exciting innovations. You will own your territory, working both inbound leads and developing new business. You’ll conduct face-to-face meetings, occasionally showcase our product through live demonstrations, and close deals with golf course operators, club managers, and business owners. This role offers high autonomy, significant income potential, and the opportunity to be a visible leader in our U.S. expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Convert warm demo leads into closed sales and signed lease agreements
  • Conduct on-site meetings, product demonstrations, and strategic consultations
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold outreach and networking
  • Build rapport with course owners, range operators, and golf professionals
  • Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot (CRM)
  • Represent Power Tee at trade shows and regional golf events
  • Collaborate with the demonstration team and operations for smooth installs
  • Navigate lease agreements, overcome objections, and close deals with confidence


Required Qualifications

  • Must have direct knowledge within the golf industry
  • Based in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50–75%
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling equipment, services, or technology
  • Demonstrated success managing a full sales cycle and exceeding targets
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office proficiency
  • High-speed internet access, computer, and smartphone


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background or strong network in the golf, fitness, or club management industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Golf Management, or related field
  • Experience with long-term lease structures or consultative solution selling
