How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Senior RSD, you’ll build and guide a regional sales team in launching and expanding anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel), our lead CAR T candidate for patients with relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. By developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing team, and driving adoption of our innovative therapies across regions, you’ll play a key role in delivering our transformational therapy to patients.

The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do

  1. Attract, retain, and develop a regional field sales team of top talent, including division management.
  2. Build, lead, and manage the team to meet and exceed sales and market share goals.
  3. Develop and implement regional strategic plans aligned with company objectives and product launch timelines.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  5. Engage proactively with key customers and account groups to establish long-term relationships and advocate for swift uptake and support of Arcellx products.
  6. Build strong collaborative relationships with our partner, Kite Pharma, and key stakeholders in the field.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

Skills and Experience We Look For

  1. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  2. 15+ years of biotech/pharma sales experience, with at least 10 years in a sales leadership role, including second-line leadership.
  3. Experience across functional areas such as marketing, sales, and market access.
  4. Proven track record in oncology, hematology, and/or cell/gene therapy markets.
  5. Inspirational leadership, coaching, clear communication, and team development skills.
  6. Innovative and strategic mindset, with experience in building, coaching, and implementing strategic plans.
  7. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
