Job summary

WMFHA seeks a Senior Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a 500K SF Class A office portfolio in Seattle, WA. You will serve as the on-site leader, overseeing building operations, tenant relations, financial performance, capital projects, vendors, and the property management team.

This role requires 10–15+ years of commercial property management experience, strong leadership, budgeting and leasing knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
