Travel between properties, mentor onsite teams, drive financial performance, and execute strategic initiatives to elevate resident experiences. The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, managing budgets, scheduling capital projects, and ensuring compliance with California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multi-property and multi-site leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple apartment communities and ensure performance.
• Lead onsite teams, hire, train, and manage performance.
• Manage budgets, rent collection, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with California regulations and Fair Housing laws.
• Drive repositioning initiatives and capital improvement projects.
• Visit sites regularly to assess portfolio and operations.
• Liaise with property owners and leadership to align goals.
