Fairgrove Property Management in Southern California is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee a large, scattered portfolio of 500–700 units and lead a team of 6-10 onsite managers. You will align owner expectations with property performance and drive operational excellence.
You will coach and mentor staff, manage owner relations, review financial reports, and pursue growth opportunities with existing clients while maintaining high service standards.

The Senior Portfolio Manager, under supervision of the Director of Operations, shares responsibility for maintaining the physical assets and performance of assigned properties and manages the onsite staff within a portfolio. Will need a diverse skillset to manage both multiple property owner’s expectations as well as manage a team of 6-10 direct reports for 500 – 700 units.
