Job summary

Taurus Industrial Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Project Controls and Operations Support in Deer Park, TX. This on-site leadership role oversees daily project controls, WIP tracking, cost management, and timely billing across the South-Central region.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Finance to ensure accurate documentation and project closeout. The role emphasizes coaching teams, standardizing processes, and delivering actionable reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industrial construction, maintenance, turnaround, or capital project experience.
• At least four years as a Project Manager responsible for field execution and project delivery.
• Experience coordinating field records, customer approvals, and billing packages.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP or project management systems; Viewpoint Vista, scheduling software and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional project controls and documentation standards; coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers and Billing.
• Manage daily project execution priorities, site visits, and coaching to resolve execution issues.
• Monitor WIP, costs, and progress; ensure billing readiness and timely invoicing.
• Oversee aging unbilled work and documentation gaps; drive process improvements.
• Develop training for Project Managers and Superintendents on project controls practices.
• Provide concise operational dashboards and cadence for regional leadership.
