Job summary

Bristol Companies in Norfolk, VA seeks a Senior Planner to prepare regional infrastructure plans and studies addressing investment needs across the NAVFAC region. You will develop broad-scale plans that guide installation planning and coordinate across multiple sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include preparing regional integration and facility plans, performing asset evaluations, and supporting documentation such as DD1391s and EPG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning or engineering/architecture with minimum 10 years of planning experience.
• Experience with DD1391s and Electronic Project Generator (EPG).
• Ability to obtain government credentials and work in a defense contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regional plans and studies addressing infrastructure investment and strategies.
• Develop functional, region-wide plans guiding installation planning efforts.
• Coordinate with multiple installations and stakeholders on plan development and approvals.
• Compile data, perform analyses, and prepare supporting documentation and cost estimates.
• Support compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and deliverables.
