Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies seeks a Senior Planner to support NAVFAC in the Norfolk, VA region. You will prepare plans and studies addressing infrastructure investment requirements and regional strategies across multiple installations.

Responsibilities include developing RIPs and RSIPs, Installation Plans and Encroachment Management Plans, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive planning packages that meet DoD standards and NEPA requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in planning or engineering/Architecture with minimum 10 years’ experience in planning
Valid driver’s license
Experience with Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs), iNFADS, ICAP, DD1391s and Electronic Project Generator (EPG)

Responsibilities

Prepare plans and studies that address infrastructure investment requirements and strategies at the regional scale.
Prepare plans that are functional or platform-based, broadly scoped, and guide installation planning efforts.
Develop Regional Integration Plans (RIPs) and Functional Regional Shore Infrastructure Plans (RSIP).
Prepare Installation Plans & Studies and Encroachment Management Plans.
Coordinate on plans spanning multiple installations within the region and manage related documentation.
