Job summary

All Pro Security LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee regional operations in Denver. You will lead multiple accounts and field teams, drive staffing strategy, and ensure service excellence aligned with TQS standards.

You will mentor Operations Managers and Field Supervisors, manage KPI-driven performance, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve incidents and optimize processes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in security operations and multi-site management.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and managers across regions.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and operational systems.
