Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP in the United States seeks a Senior Property Manager to oversee residential real‑estate portfolios and manage property managers and site teams. Candidates should have 5+ years of multi‑site management experience, leasing up, and affordable housing familiarity.

Qualifications

• Lease up experience required.

• Valid Florida driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.

Job Description

Position Summary: Oversee residential real‑estate portfolio while managing the performance of property managers and site teams. Maintain and preserve assets via expenses control and revenue optimization. Adhere to policies and procedures.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance of multiple mixed‑income communities in lease up and stabilized.
• Responsible for the success of lease ups and meeting occupancy goals and affordable qualification.
• Budget preparation and expense control.
• Prepare monthly financial review of operating statements.
• Provide direction, support and assistance to property managers with planning, work direction, addressing complaints and resolving issues.
• Negotiate with vendors and/or contractors for service and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance for property inspections.
• Train property team on company policies, procedures and best practices.
• Travel to property sites.
• Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience managing a multiple apartment community.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Affordable Housing experience preferred.
• Lease up experience required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a multi‑changing work environment and priorities.
• Strong financial, contract negotiation and bidding skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Onsite PMS a plus.
• Ability to recruit, train and build a dynamic team.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
