Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer and Regional Lead for the Infrastructure Platforms, Data Center Services team.

You will guide the US team of three developers, delivering trusted, scalable software while aligning with global engineering practices. You will design frontend Angular and backend Node.js/TypeScript solutions, mentor the regional team, and champion AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity and code quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of production software delivery.
• Hands-on full SDLC: design, develop, test, deploy, operate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver full stack solutions (Angular frontend, Node.js/TypeScript backend).
• Lead the US region with a small team; ensure alignment with global standards.
• Set priorities, manage delivery, and hold commitments.
• Provide regular updates to global stakeholders on progress, risks, and blockers.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peers' work.
• Champion AI-assisted development tools and their responsible use.
• Mentor regional developers and foster continuous improvement.
• Identify and automate recurring remediation to improve stability.
• Coordinate with Engineering Manager and Product Manager on roadmap and sprint plans.
• Escalate regional risks and resourcing needs transparently.
• Participate in communities of practice to promote modern tooling and best practices.
