Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Senior Fullstack Developer and Regional Lead to guide the US team within Infrastructure Platforms, Data Center Services. You will build secure, scalable software across Angular and Node.js/TypeScript, while mentoring three regional developers and coordinating with a global engineering community.

Lead delivery with adherence to engineering standards, leverage AI-assisted tools for coding and reviews, and report progress and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have formal software engineering background and 5+ years delivering production software.
• Experience leading a regional/global engineering team in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver full stack solutions (Angular frontend, Node.js/TypeScript backend).
• Lead the US region and align with global engineering standards and delivery processes.
• Provide regular updates to global stakeholders on progress, risks and blockers.
