Job summary

Archer, in partnership with JPMorganChase, seeks a Senior Fullstack Developer and Regional Lead to steer our US Infrastructure Platforms team. You will deliver scalable frontend (Angular) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript) solutions and mentor a three-person regional squad, aligning with global engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, data science or related field.
• 5+ years delivering production software with software engineering concepts.
• Experience across SDLC, design, development, testing, CI/CD and operations.
• Frontend experience with Angular, state management and Testing Library.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with Node.js/TypeScript and tests.
• Proven track record leading or coordinating other developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver full stack solutions (Angular frontend, Node.js/TypeScript backend).
• Lead the US regional team of three developers with global standards.
• Set priorities, manage delivery, and report progress to leadership.
• Develop production code, perform peer reviews, and ensure quality and security.
• Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, AI code review) to boost productivity.
• Mentor regional developers and foster engineering excellence.
• Identify and automate recurring issues to improve stability.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Managers on roadmaps and sprints.
• Escalate risks and dependencies, ensuring transparency with global teams.
• Participate in communities of practice to promote best practices.
