Job summary

KBR is seeking a Sr. Regional Facilities Operations Manager to lead and oversee facilities across multiple locations, delivering safe, efficient operations and strategic vendor management. This role drives space planning, budgets, and capital projects in support of national security and space missions.

The position requires 10+ years of experience, an undergraduate degree, OSHA knowledge, and CMMS proficiency. It is located on-site at multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of experience or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and PPE procedures.
• Ability to conduct accident investigations and safety inspections.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office; capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations across multiple locations ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage facility requests, maintenance, and workplace services.
• Direct planning, design, construction, renovation, and demolition projects.
