Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead site facilities teams in Aurora, CO and Las Cruces, NM. This contingent role focuses on safe operations, preventive maintenance, and seamless integration of new construction into maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate will manage 24/7 operations, ensure asset readiness, and maintain strong communication with site leadership to uphold mission reliability and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum facilities operations experience.
• Three consecutive years of facilities supervisory experience.
• Experience with power generation, chilled water and large-scale facilities equipment.
• Strong oral and written communication; project management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities operations and maintenance teams, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Oversee preventative maintenance for critical and non-critical equipment.
• Maintain critical spares inventory to prevent outages.
• Interpret and implement maintenance policy and procedures.
• Notify GPOCs/Operations and brief site management on events and actions.
• Update maintenance SOPs annually with site engineering.
• Develop training plans for 24/7 staff workforce.
• Integrate new construction into the maintenance program and testing.
