Job summary

Voya Investment Management is seeking a Senior Regional Director to lead territory sales in Washington and Oregon. The role requires a polished, motivated professional with a proven track record of raising assets through intermediaries, including Wirehouse, Regional, Independent Broker-Dealers and RIAs.

The candidate will manage territory sales, build a robust pipeline, and drive revenue in collaboration with internal wholesalers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consultative sales in mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs, model portfolios and alternatives.
• Ability to grow a territory with durable, multi-year sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships across all channels.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and competitive landscape.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Collaborates across lines of business to drive enterprise value.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage resources to maximize territory sales.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline; record activities in CRM.
• Budget expenses efficiently.
• Collaborate with Regional Coordinator to drive sales in segmented firms.
• Partner with Workplace Solutions and NQDC to drive value.
• Travel as required; overnight stays.
• Maintain 20 appointments per week in the field.
