Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services or Retail Store Management.
• 3+ years field or outside sales experience.
• 2+ years client relationship management experience.
• 2+ years’ experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Sell Regional & Club-level leadership on product benefits.
• Maintain relationships through effective and timely communication.
• Attend market/store meetings.
• Develop in-store product execution strategies and action plans.
• Ensure regional strategies are rolled out to clubs.
• Drive application volume to meet/exceed goals.
• Exceed customer satisfaction by meeting targets.
• Enhance implementation of in-store marketing programs.
• Compile and present results of ongoing credit programs.
• Manage travel and marketing budgets.
• Develop and maintain key external client relationships.
