Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead complex projects in the Eastern Pennsylvania region. You will oversee construction management services for PennDOT, PTC, SEPTA, and local authorities, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years of construction management, a BSCE or PE/ CCM, and strong communication and proposal-writing skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction manager experience on small and large projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BSCE preferred).
• PE and/or CCM certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for client relationships, marketing pursuits, proposals, and contract management.
• Excellent oral and technical writing skills.
• Proposal writing—technical and task proposals.
• Construction management services for PA clients including PennDOT, PennDOT projects, SEPTA, and local counties/municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management for the Eastern Pennsylvania region.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue pursuits and proposals.
• Prepare and review technical and task proposals, manage contracts and CM teams.
• Coordinate CM services for PA agencies including PennDOT, PennDOT, SEPTA and local authorities.
