Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Asset Protection Leader to drive and support AP strategies, including shrink, safety and profit protection. You will train field, front store and pharmacy teams, analyze trends, and enforce loss-prevention programs across an East Texas territory.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retail management with investigations experience, a valid driver's license, and a reliable personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in retail management, including investigations.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Overnight stays in East Texas required.
• Valid driver's license and a personally owned, reliable vehicle.
• Ability to collaborate with field, front store & pharmacy teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce AP and shrinkage control programs.
• Provide training and guidance to field, front store & pharmacy teams.
• Analyze reports to set priorities and measure trends.
• Communicate progress and adjust plans with partners.
