Maison Francis Kurkdjian seeks a Senior Regional Account Executive to drive sales and profitability in the South Central region. You will execute store-level strategies, plan events, train staff, and build strong partnerships with in-store teams to maximize performance.

The role focuses on nurturing relationships with brand ambassadors and store leaders, coordinating with national teams, and delivering extraordinary customer experiences in luxury retail environments across the region.

Competenze

• 5+ years of field leadership experience.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with store management and various departments.
• Strong negotiation, strategic, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and adapt to a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

• Drive sales growth in the South Central Region and lead quarterly/annual performance reviews.
• Manage in-store events, merchandising plans, training and staffing in collaboration with store leadership.
