Job summary

Perkins&Will seeks a Senior Regenerative Design Advisor to lead regenerative design strategies across a diverse project portfolio, focusing on high-performance water, energy, and carbon analyses, ecological restoration, resilience, and biophilic design.

Reporting to the Director of Regenerative Design, you will champion sustainability initiatives, deliver sustainable documentation, and mentor junior staff, with licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience and proven team leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of deep green sustainability and regenerative design.
• Experience with Living Building Challenge, LEED, Passive House and other green building systems.
• Knowledge across multiple market sectors and collaboration with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead regenerative design strategy across a diverse project portfolio.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and project teams to align goals.
• Support project management, scope mapping, and cost control.
• Foster innovation and collaboration within the studio.
• Collaborate with architects, interiors, and urban design teams on performance calculations.
