Perkins&Will's Bainbridge Island studio seeks a Senior Regenerative Design Advisor who champions sustainable and regenerative solutions that meaningfully impact communities, ecosystems, and the built environment.

This leadership role guides regenerative design strategies across a diverse project portfolio, drawing on expertise in water, energy, carbon analysis, ecological restoration, resilience, and healthy materials research.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge of ‘deep green’ sustainability and regenerative design is required.
• Experience with Living Building Challenge, LEED, Passive House, and related green building systems.
• Knowledge of energy, water, and embodied carbon assessment and related analyses.
• Familiarity with project specifications, architectural drawings, and building construction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regenerative design initiatives across diverse projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and studio leadership.
• Develop performance standards and sustainable documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee deliverables.
• Advance Living Design processes and cross‑discipline collaboration.
• Track trends and programs across multiple service sectors.
