Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
• Extensive knowledge of green building systems and regenerative design.
• Familiarity with Living Building Challenge, LEED, Passive House, and other standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead regenerative design strategies across a diverse project portfolio.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and studio leadership to deliver high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement performance standards and sustainability initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee project deliverables across multiple roles.
• Present and facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders.
