We support customers across the food and beverage, cold storage, pharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing, and mission-critical infrastructure markets nationwide and around the world. The Senior Service Technician role focuses on maintenance, repair, and support of refrigeration

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; HVAC tech school preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Universal EPA certification OR ability to obtain.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.
• Safety-sensitive role with pre-employment and regular drug testing.
• Able to wear respirator and pass fit test; lift up to 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert repair and maintenance for industrial ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems ranging from 100 HP to 5,000 HP.
• Perform routine and emergency service, diagnostics, and inspections on screw and reciprocal compressors.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, alarms, and electrical systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies, including PPE and respirators.
• Communicate with Service Managers and customers to coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Mentor and support apprentice technicians in developing skills and service quality.
