Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Technician to maintain, repair, and support industrial refrigeration systems at customer sites nationwide.

The role requires strong knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls, plus leadership in safety and customer service. You will diagnose and service ammonia and Freon systems from 100 HP to 5,000 HP, mentor apprentices, and coordinate with Service Managers to ensure proactive maintenance and

Qualifikationen

• Must be a high school graduate or have a GED.
• HVAC trade school is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• EPA universal certification or ability to obtain.
• RETA 1 & 2 certifications preferred.
• Safety-sensitive position with pre-employment drug testing.

Aufgaben

• Provide repair and maintenance for industrial ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems from 100 HP to 5,000 HP.
• Perform routine and emergency service, diagnostics, and inspections on compressors.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, alarms, and electrical systems.
• Maintain safety compliance and PPE usage.
• Coordinate repairs with Service Managers and customers for proactive maintenance.
• Mentor apprentice technicians to develop skills and service quality.
