Ethos is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Technician for a 12-hour rotating shift, with full benefits and relocation assistance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience (or 4 years direct experience). RETA certification is preferred or obtainable. Responsibilities include equipment repairs, audits, safety leadership, and timely response to emergency work requests.

Qualifications

• Must have RETA certification or ability to obtain it.
• Strong safety leadership and safe-work practices.
• Experience in planning and conducting equipment repairs.
• Knowledge of food safety and GMPs.
• Industrial maintenance experience in ammonia refrigeration or related systems.
• Ability to perform audits and inspections.

Responsabilités

• Attend RETA certification and maintain qualifications.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and follow safe work practices.
• Plan and conduct equipment repairs as part of a team.
• Conduct routine audits and equipment inspections.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting abilities.
• Maintain open communication with operations.
