Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead large-scale refrigeration projects from inception to commissioning.

You will ensure on-time delivery, stay within budget, and uphold safety and quality standards while meeting customer specifications. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with owners, general contractors, and suppliers, develop detailed schedules, oversee procurement, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME preferred) or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience leading large-scale industrial refrigeration or related projects.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Strong negotiation and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale refrigeration projects from contract award to commissioning.
• Serve as primary client contact with owners and general contractors.
• Review and manage project contracts for scope, terms, and conditions.
• Develop detailed project schedules and monitor timelines.
• Coordinate with purchasing and procurement to ensure on-time material delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
