Job summary

White-Recruitment is seeking a Refrigeration Project Manager for large, technically complex cold‑chain projects in the USA. You will manage from order through engineering, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning.

This role requires strong project leadership in commercial/industrial refrigeration, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with engineering teams, customers, and refrigeration contractors to ensure safe, on‑time delivery and compliant performance.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in commercial or industrial refrigeration.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and applications.
• Experience with rack refrigeration desirable.
• Background with refrigeration contractors, manufacturers or OEMs.
• Able to read refrigeration drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong customer and contractor management skills.
• Commercially aware with budgets and schedules.
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage refrigeration projects from order to completion.

We’re recruiting a Refrigeration Project Manager for a leading manufacturer of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

This is a technically focused project management role responsible for taking complex refrigeration projects from order through engineering, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning.

The Role

Manage commercial and industrial refrigeration projects from order to completion

Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, customers and refrigeration contractors

Review project scope, specifications, drawings and submittals

Manage project schedules, milestones and delivery dates

Coordinate equipment production and site delivery

Manage changes, variations and project documentation

Track project budgets and commercial performance

Liaise with customers, consulting engineers and contractors

Coordinate installation and commissioning requirements

Resolve technical and commercial project issues

The Candidate
