Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee refrigeration HVAC repairs within Walmart facilities. You will use commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills and a variety of hand, digital, and power tools to complete jobs in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 10 years of relevant experience, EPA Type I/II/Universal refrigerant certification, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using HVAC and Refrigeration skills and tools.
• Utilize the work order system to receive and document repair work orders and store training.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues and complete repairs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations; follow Walmart safety policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights as needed.
